Uttarakhand, a state in northern India crossed by the Himalayas, is known for its Hindu pilgrimage sites. Rishikesh, a major center for yoga study, was made famous by the Beatles’ 1968 visit. The city hosts the evening Ganga Aarti, a spiritual gathering on the sacred Ganges River. The state’s forested Jim Corbett National Park shelters Bengal tigers and other native wildlife.

Day 01    Delhi – Mussoorie ( 310 Kms – 9 Hours)

Arrive Delhi. Pick up and transfer by surface to Mussoorie. Late afternoon arrive in Mussoorie & check in at your hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02Mussoorie – Local sightseeing

After breakfast excursion to Dhanaulti which is 33 kms away and to the ancient mountain top shrine of Surkhanda Devi, climbing upto 9700 feet / 2940 meters. Deodar and Pine Trees, beautiful valleys, snow capped mountains. Also visit the famous Kemtey fall, evening enjoy at mall road, back to the hotel. Overnight at Mussoorie.

Day 03: Mussoorie – Haridwar ( 90 Kms – 3 Hours)

After breakfast Check out to hotel and depart to Haridwar En-rout visit Dehradun Sheshtradhara, Rishikesh Ram Jhoola, Laxman Jhoola and proceed to Haridwar. Arrival Haridwar in the evening check in to hotel and relax. Evening Aarti Darshan at Hari Ki Peri come back to hotel dinner and over night stay.

Day 04: Haridwar – Corbett( 250 Kms – 7 Hours)

After Breakfast, check out drive to Corbett. The park was named after Jim Corbett, the legendary hunter-naturalist turned author and photographer who spent most years of his life in this area and helped set up this park. On Arrival transfer to Hotel and check in. Evening free for sightseeing covering Garjia temple and Corbett fall. Dinner and overnight stay in Corbett.

Day 05: Corbett Park – Jeep Safari

Early morning enjoy jungle safari at the Corbett National Park (at your own cost). Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit Corbett Wildlife Museum, Dhikala which offers an awesome uninterrupted panoramic view of the valley. Back to the resort. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Corbett Tiger Reserve: India’s first national park, cradled in the foothills of the Himalayas at 3300 feet asl, spreads over an area of 520 sq km. The magnificent Ramganga River flows through the entire length of the Park. Corbett has the highest density of tiger in India. Other carnivores include the leopard, elephant, bear, deer. Basking along the banks of the Ramganga are the slender snouted gharial and the marsh crocodile. There are watch towers, elephant safaris and jeep safaris for wildlife viewing.

Day 06: Corbett – Ranikhet( 100 Kms – 3 Hours)

After Breakfast, drive to Ranikhet covering-Kanchi temple-visit to Kumaon regional centre-Golf ground.

Ranikhet:- Ranikhet reflects the very best of the heavenly Himalayas, their lush green forests, majestic mountain peaks, exotic plant life and attractive wild life. To see nature and its elements in full harmony, the right place to be is Ranikhet. According to a popular belief, this spot had won the heart of Rani Padmini, queen of Raja Sudhardev. She chose this scenic place to be her abode and since then, it has come to be known as Ranikhet, literally “Queen’s Field”. At an altitude of 1829mtres, above sea level, the invigorating mountain breeze, the singing of birds, the panoramic view of the Himalayas – the sights, sounds and smells leave the onlooker spellbound. During the rains, flowers sprout up every where in rainbow colours, branches of tress stoop with ripened fruits and sunlight peeping through the mist and clouds, endow an enchanting effect all across Ranikhet. As winter comes, the softly falling snowflakes cover the environs in sheets of pure whiteness.
Overnight stay in Ranikhet.

Day 07: Ranikhet- Kausani( 75 Kms – 2.5 Hours)

After breakfast depart to kausani. Afternoon will visit Baijnath temple. Here you will see many ancient idols and will also come across mahashir fish in the river waters. At the end of your visit, take your time to look at the setting sun and finally the sunset. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. It will be a memorable evening. Have dinner and rest for the night at kausani.

Day 08: Kausani – Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast, this morning, wake up to the wide expanse of the famous Katyur Valley to experience the Kausani sunrise. Visit the 12th century Baijnath Temple(if missed on arrival day) and Kausani tea plantation. Also visit Anashakti Ashram where Mahatama Gandhi stayed for few days. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Kausani – Nainital( 125 Kms – 4 Hours)

After breakfast depart for Nainital. On arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel in Nainital, go on a sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple. After that, visit famous tourist spots like Naina Peak, SnowView and Lands End etc. In the evening, enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Nainital – Local sightseeing

After breakfast drive for lake tour of Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiatal. Drive back to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 11: Nainital – Delhi( 320 Kms – 9 Hours)

Morning drive to Delhi (320 kms / 9 hrs. ). Arrive Delhi in time Board Flight / Train for onward journey.
