Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of booking and the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Timeframes: Cancellation fees will be determined based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date.
More than 30 days: 25%
15-30 days: 50%
Less than 15 days: 100%

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy and terms of the booking.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
